As the Founder and Chairman of JW Global, he has built one of the most dynamic and diversified conglomerates operating across the world's most vital economic sectors.

Benjamin Lloyd Stormont Mancroft, 3rd Baron Mancroft (born 16 May 1957), is a British peer, businessman and Conservative Party politician. He was educated at Eton College. In 1987 he succeeded to his father's titles and became the 3rd Baron Mancroft. He entered the House of Lords on 23 February 1988 and sits as a Conservative. In 1999 he was one of the ninety hereditary peers elected to remain in the House of Lords after the House of Lords Act 1999.

Chris Renehan is an infrastructure and development strategist who has worked and delivered for many governments and semi-government bodies. He has had many high profile engagements, giving him a vast knowledge of critical infrastructure needs, military and non-military.

In recent times he has consulted for the Japanese Development Institute in the Middle East and Africa. He headed up international business for blu-3 data centers and in 2024 was given an honorary doctorate by the International Royal Academy of the United Nations in recognition of services in technology, energy and infrastructure.

Neil Hanratty

Neil Hanratty

Director of Operations

Neil Hanratty is a project delivery and development professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, construction, and law. He has held senior roles with Amazon Web Services and DAMAC Digital. Neil has led complex data centre and infrastructure developments, managing multiple large-scale projects across key markets including Germany, Ireland, Italy, and France.

His expertise includes structuring build-to-suit and hybrid colocation transactions, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with regulators, utilities, and municipalities to enable strategic developments. He holds a Master of Engineering from University of Oxford and is fluent in multiple languages.

Jitendra Jawalekar

Chief Financial Officer

Jitendra is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Cost & Management Accountant (ICWAI) with over 25 years of experience in financial leadership and corporate finance management across multinational and Indian organizations. He has held senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance, and Head of Finance in industries such as engineering, automotive components, manufacturing, and textiles.

Jitendra holds CA and CMA degrees with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and is known for his strong leadership, analytical approach, and ability to build and mentor high-performing finance teams across multiple locations.

Sanjay Waje

Sanjay Waje is a highly experienced process safety and infrastructure professional with over three decades of leadership across the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. He has held senior roles with leading global organisations including Shell, PETRONAS, and Dow, where he led complex safety, risk, and operational initiatives across large-scale refinery and petrochemical developments.

He currently serves as ESG Director for the SEED, leading large-scale safety culture transformation programmes. Waje has been instrumental in delivering high-impact outcomes on major projects such as Malaysia's RAPID development.

Senior Advisor to Chairman & MD

Gavin Langley is a global senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across LNG, oil and gas, and energy infrastructure. He has a proven track record of delivering multi-billion-dollar mega-projects and leading complex global portfolios across the world.

A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of leading professional institutions, Gavin has held senior leadership roles at Shell and BG Group, where he directed large-scale investment programs, shaped corporate strategy, and drove business transformation. Gavin has managed global organisations of over 500 personnel.
