About SEED
The SEED Initiative — Sustainable Eco-Enterprise District — represents a landmark Memorandum of Understanding valued at €15 Billion, signed on 16 April 2026 between JW Global Group, the Government of Maharashtra, and The Seed Consortium Partners.
Located at the Ujani Dam Reservoir in Maharashtra, India, the district spans 680+ acres across both sides of the Bhima River. SEED is envisioned as a self-sustaining ecosystem that integrates cutting-edge AI infrastructure, green hydrogen production, and sustainable development to power India's future economy.
This initiative brings together world-class technology partners, academic institutions from 45 countries, and government support to create a model for sustainable industrialization that aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
