It is with great pride that I share our journey at JW Global Group. What began as an entrepreneurial endeavour has evolved into a diversified international conglomerate, spanning energy, infrastructure, technology, trade, aviation, food, and hospitality across seven countries.

Our landmark €15 billion Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Maharashtra for the SEED initiative — the Sustainable Eco-Enterprise District — represents the culmination of years of relationship-building, strategic planning, and an unwavering commitment to sustainable development. This initiative, centred at the Ujani Dam reservoir, will create thousands of jobs, produce clean energy, and position Maharashtra as a global hub for AI and green technology.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: business must serve a purpose beyond profit. Whether it’s green hydrogen production through Haffner Energy’s SYNOCA® technology, next-generation data centres with our partners at blu-3 and FactionAI, or sustainable agriculture through Haripriya Sugar’s operations in India and Mozambique — every initiative is designed to create lasting value for communities, economies, and the environment.
